Terms and conditions

Scope of application These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all rental agreements concluded between ICON Rent a Car and Limousine and the renter.
Booking and payment Booking can be made online, by telephone or in person. Payment is made when picking up the vehicle by credit card or cash. A security deposit may be required.
Return The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns may incur a fee. The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was picked up.
Use The vehicle may only be used by the renter and the drivers specified in the rental agreement. A transfer to third parties is not permitted. The vehicle may only be used within the framework of the road traffic regulations.
Liability and Insurance ICON Rent a Car and Limousine accepts no liability for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period. The renter is liable for damage to the vehicle and for traffic violations. A fully comprehensive and liability insurance is included in the rental price.
Cancellation and changes Cancellation or changes to the booking may incur a charge. Please inform ICON Rent a Car and Limousine in good time about changes or cancellations.
Data protection ICON Rent a Car and Limousine treats all personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ICON Rent a Car and Limousine.
Severability clause Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
